I set up GA4 so a lead is a lead, and I send a short monthly note: what ran, what came back, and what I'd change. I don't send a dashboard nobody opens.
Chapter 05 · Strategy
This is for an owner who's already paying for a site, ads, or search, and still can't tell whether the month worked. The numbers live in too many places, the CRM is a graveyard, and last year's spend just rolled forward.

Scope
I set up GA4 so a lead is a lead, and I send a short monthly note: what ran, what came back, and what I'd change. I don't send a dashboard nobody opens.
I look at who else shows up when your buyers search, and what they say that you don't. I use that to decide what the site and the ads should say. I don't invent a market-share number.
Zoho is my default. If you already use HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive, I work in that. The stages match the real sale, and a web inquiry lands on one record.
Once a quarter I put the numbers in one place and you and I decide what to keep, what to stop, and what to try next. The output is the decision, not a slide deck.
I connect the form, the CRM, and the tracking so a lead isn't lost between them and the report doesn't contradict the inbox.
I write the plan as a working page: what the money is for, what it should produce, and when I'll check it again. It's not a document you file in January.
The plan
Without the site, the ads, the words, and the follow-up, there's nothing to measure. Without this part, those pieces run and you still can't tell which ones to keep.

Proof
I've been doing this since 1995, and I do the work myself. I won't claim a review paid for itself, because I don't have a number I'm willing to put on this page.

Questions
No. Zoho is my default because it fits most owner-run businesses I work with. If you already run HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive, I work in what you have.
Maybe not. I look first. If the numbers match the leads you actually get, and you can read them, I'll say so. If they don't, I'll show you the gap before I sell you a rebuild of the setup.
A working call. I send the quarter's numbers beforehand. You and I leave with a few decisions for the next ninety days: keep, stop, or change.
Yes. Most owners start with the piece that's actually broken, usually the tracking or the CRM. The rest of the plan waits until that picture is readable.
The ongoing marketing plan starts at $999 a month. On the call I'll tell you what this part includes. I don't bill open-ended hours.
If you can't tell whether the month worked, book a discovery call. I'll tell you the first number I'd make trustworthy.
