Privacy Policy

New Phase Marketing Intelligence is a one-person consultancy. I work with owner-operators in Canada and the United States. This notice covers newphase.com only.

Contact forms

If you send a note or book a discovery call, I collect the details you type in: your name, email, phone, company, website, and message. I use that information to reply to you and to do the work you asked about. I do not sell it, and I do not pass it to a list broker or an advertising network for their own use.

Analytics and cookies

This site can use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4. When those are turned on, they set cookies and collect usage information such as pages viewed, approximate location, and the device and browser you use. I use that to see which pages are useful. You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser. Analytics is not required to read the site or to send me a message.

I use Google Analytics to understand visits, and Google describes that data in Google's privacy policy.

No sale of personal information

I do not sell personal information. I do not trade it. Service providers who host the site, deliver a form, or process analytics only handle the information needed for that job.

Canadian privacy law

For personal information collected from people in Canada, I follow the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). You can ask what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it, subject to any record I am required to keep.
