AI implementation

AI for Small Business

Hands-on AI implementation from someone who's run a business for more than 31 years.

Illustrative concept

The work

I set it up. You keep the decisions.

I'm an AI consultant for small business. I've been in business since 1995, more than 31 years, and I still do the work myself. No hand-off to a contractor. The useful version is AI automation for small business: a repeated job, with limits, inside the tools you already use.

What I offer is AI implementation services and AI integration services. I connect the assistant to your email, your calendar, your CRM, and your site. I also set up AI-powered marketing where a draft, a follow-up, or a monthly note is the job. I'm the AI consultant on the account. No handoffs to juniors.

What AI can do

Jobs I can hand to AI.

These are setups, not client results.

01

The inbox

AI can sort new messages and draft replies from information you have already approved. I start with drafts you check before anything is sent.

02

Follow-up on leads and quotes

AI can remind you, and draft the note, when an inquiry or a quote has gone quiet. You still decide what gets sent.

03

Appointments

AI can prepare for a meeting and suggest times from your real calendar, including the buffers you actually need. Booking stays with you until the setup has earned it.

04

Notes into a proposal or a report

AI can turn a voice note or a rough outline into a draft proposal or a short report. You edit it. I do not let it invent the facts.

05

Common customer questions

AI can answer the questions the site and the phone get every week, from your own service descriptions. Anything uncertain comes back to you.

06

The month's numbers

AI can pull what ran and what came back into a short summary you can read. It prepares the note. You decide what to do with it.

How it works

A call, then one job.

  1. 01You book a call with me, Bruce. Thirty minutes.
  2. 02I look for the repetitive jobs: the inbox, the follow-up, the notes that should have become a proposal.
  3. 03I set up the AI implementation and show you how it runs.
  4. 04You keep the decisions. Nothing goes out that you haven't approved, until you say otherwise.

How I handle AI and automation inside the ongoing marketing plan

Questions

Before you decide.

Do I need to be technical?

No. If you can explain the job the way you would to a new person, that's enough. I do the setup. You keep the decisions.

What does it cost?

I talk through the cost on the call. If it belongs inside the ongoing marketing plan, I'll say so. If a smaller setup is the right first step, I'll say that too.

Will this replace my staff?

No. I set AI up to prepare work: a draft, a list, a summary. The people you already have, and you, still decide what goes out.

Which tools do you use?

The ones you already use. Email, the calendar, the CRM, the site. I don't add a new login for its own sake.
